1. Warranty Coverage
MidTek Appliance Repair offers a 13-month warranty on both parts and labor for appliance repairs performed within the state of South Dakota. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date of service completion and extends for a period of 13 months. Any claim for warranty service must be made within the warranty period.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The following conditions are excluded from this warranty:
a) Damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
b) Repairs or modifications performed by individuals not authorized by MidTek Appliance Repair.
c) Damage due to improper installation, maintenance, or operation of the appliance.
d) Damage or defects caused by natural disasters, power surges, or other external factors beyond our control.
e) Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from the use of non-approved accessories or parts.
4. Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, customers must contact MidTek Appliance Repair within the warranty period, providing a description of the issue and proof of the original service. MidTek Appliance Repair will determine, at its sole discretion, whether the issue is covered under the warranty. If the issue is covered, we will schedule an appointment for repair at no additional cost to the customer.
5. Replacement Parts
MidTek Appliance Repair will use new or refurbished parts, at its discretion, to repair or replace any defective parts covered by the warranty. All replaced parts become the property of MidTek Appliance Repair.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MidTek Appliance Repair be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or loss of income, arising out of or in connection with the warranty services provided. The total liability of MidTek Appliance Repair for any claim under this warranty shall not exceed the original repair cost.
7. Non-Transferable Warranty
This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original customer who received the appliance repair service. The warranty is void if the ownership of the appliance is transferred to another party during the warranty period.
8. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the state of South Dakota. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Dakota.
